Yes, folks no one will obtain the "Required Majority" going into the GOP Convention in Tampa.

Romney is a dead man walking and he has fallen down like Humpty Dumpty.

Newt beat him in South Carolina to start his fall, he was put back together by the GOP Establishment and their allies Republicans in Checkbook Only (RICO'S) they bought Super Pac glue and he was able to get off the floor and beat Newt in two debates and win Florida, and then Nevada.

He received the endorsement of no less than Donald Trump all way going well

Then the glue started to fail and Santorum won a "HAT TRICK"

He was back on the floor in pieces again.

The GOP Establishment and their allies went into extreme shock and went out and bought Super Super Pac Glue and put him back together he was able to "Win" a hollow victory at CPAC, and edged out a slim lead in Maine, but Ron Paul will walk away with more delegates as the process unfolds.

Ron Paul will go one on one against Romney in Virginia and this is going to be a disaster for Romney.

Because the word will go out to Newt and Santorum voters to vote for Ron Paul, thus giving Ron Paul a Victory and Romney and his supporters a heart attack.

While all this was happening a PPP poll showed Santorum up by nine points nationwide.

Now "THEY" have to buy Super Super Super Pac Glue to keep him together.

But that too will fail and he will not obtain the "Required Majority" and chaos will rule in Tampa.

Lets not forget this is a battle for "DELEGATES" and everyone is winning them.

Least but not least is that Romney's 50 Florida delegates will be contested and he will ended up with only 25, the remaining will go to Newt, Santorum, and Ron Paul

So enjoy the contest and when the CHAOS ends Newt I hope will be the nominee.

Rabbi’s Followers Cast Doubts on Congressman’s Fund-Raising

Soon after he began running for Congress in 2009, Michael G. Grimm, a Staten Island Republican, needed to convince party leaders in Washington that he could raise enough money to become a viable candidate. Seeking help, he turned to an unlikely source: followers of an Orthodox rabbi and mystic from Israel.

Mr. Grimm, a former agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a Roman Catholic who regularly attends Sunday Mass, traveled around the New York region with one of the rabbi’s top aides, Ofer Biton, to raise campaign money from the rabbi’s followers. In all, the Grimm campaign collected more than $500,000 from the followers, according to numerous interviews and an analysis of Mr. Grimm’s campaign records.
That money — more than half of the total that Mr. Grimm raised from individuals — proved instrumental in his upset of the Democratic incumbent in November 2010. Since then, Mr. Grimm has established a profile as a rising Republican star.
But now, Mr. Biton, an Israeli citizen, is being investigated by the F.B.I. and federal prosecutors in Brooklyn over accusations that he embezzled millions of dollars from the rabbi’s congregation. And an examination by The New York Times has highlighted Mr. Biton’s unusual role in the Grimm campaign — as well as questionable donations that the rabbi’s followers said Mr. Grimm had accepted.
The examination of Mr. Grimm’s fund-raising was based on more than 15 interviews with followers and associates of the rabbi, Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto, who divides his time between Israel and Manhattan, where he has a large congregation.

Poll: Gingrich takes the lead in S.C.

ATLANTA -- The seesaw Republican primary has tipped again in a poll conducted Wednesday night, giving Newt Gingrich the lead in the South Carolina primary.

Gingrich reversed the momentum of Mitt Romney who had an expanding lead in the same poll Sunday night.

Gingrich’s 32 percent to Romney’s 29 puts the two inside the poll’s 3.8 percent margin of error, but the 11-point lead Romney held in the Sunday evening survey has evaporated. And Romney’s strength had been building after wins in the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary.

The polls were conducted by InsiderAdvantage/Majority Opinion Research. Wednesday’s was conducted for the Augusta Chronicle and the Savannah Morning News of 718 registered voters who said they were voting in Saturday’s GOP primary.

Ron Paul is in third place with 15 percent, followed by Rick Santorum’s 11 and Rick Perry’s 3. Seven percent remain undecided and are unlikely to vote while 3 percent favor some other candidate not listed as a choice.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Thanks to a $5 million donation from a wealthy casino owner, a group supporting Newt Gingrich plans to place advertisements in South Carolina this week attacking Mitt Romney as a predatory capitalist who destroyed jobs and communities, a full-scale Republican assault on Mr. Romney’s business background.

The advertisements, a counterpunch to a campaign waged against Mr. Gingrich by a group backing Mr. Romney, will be built on excerpts from a scathing movie about Bain Capital, the private equity firm Mr. Romney once ran. The movie, financed by a Republican operative opposed to Mr. Romney, includes emotional interviews with people who lost jobs at companies that Bain bought and later sold.
“We had to load up the U-Haul because we done lost our home,” one woman says.
Democrats have signaled that they intend to make Mr. Romney’s history at Bain a central part of their case against him if he wins the Republican nomination. But Bain has also emerged as an issue in the Republican primary, despite the party’s free market stance and business-friendly policies, reflecting the depth of public anger about the economy. At an appearance here on Sunday, Mr. Gingrich suggested that Bain’s approach was to carry out “clever legal ways to loot a company.”

It’s long overdue, but City Hall has finally ousted a key political ally of Assemblyman Vito Lopez as head of his powerful Ridgewood-Bushwick social-services empire.

As The Post’s David Seifman reported yesterday, City Hall ordered that CEO Christiana Fisher give up her job by Jan. 15, or Ridgewood-Bushwick will lose $69 million in city contracts.

Fine. But what took so long?

Back in 2010, after all, then-Gov. David Paterson froze all of Ridgewood-Bushwick’s state funding — even as the city kept the cash spigot flowing.

Assemblyman William F. Boyland Jr., a Brooklyn Democrat who was indicted on charges of soliciting and accepting thousands of dollars in bribes from undercover federal agents, pleaded not guilty on Wednesday before a federal judge in Brooklyn.

Mr. Boyland’s chief of staff, Ry-Ann Hermon, who was also indicted in connection with the alleged bribery schemes, also pleaded not guilty.
Prosecutors accused Mr. Boyland and Ms. Hermon of soliciting and accepting a stream of bribes beginning in August 2010 from a carnival promoter who had known Mr. Boyland for years — and who was cooperating with the government — and two undercover agents posing as eager businessmen. Lobbyist Is Expected to Plead Guilty in Bribery Case

Published: January 3, 2012

Richard J. Lipsky, a prominent New York lobbyist who was charged in the bribery conspiracy case that also ensnared State Senator Carl Kruger, is expected to plead guilty on Wednesday in Federal District Court in Manhattan, a person briefed on the matter said Tuesday.

Mr. Lipsky’s plea would come just two weeks after Mr. Kruger resigned from the Senate and pleaded guilty to corruption charges in the broad conspiracy case that has been seen as reflecting corruption in Albany. Mr. Kruger faces up to 50 years in prison when he is sentenced in April by Judge Jed S. Rakoff.

Brooklyn Senator Expected to Plead Guilty in Corruption Case

State Senator Carl Kruger was expected to plead guilty on Tuesday to federal corruption charges that he accepted at least $1 million in bribes to finance a lavish lifestyle, including a large home in Mill Basin, Brooklyn, where he lived with two gynecologist brothers and their mother, according to several people briefed on the case.

One of the brothers, Michael Turano, who was also charged in the corruption case unveiled in the spring, was expected to plead guilty along with Mr. Kruger, the people who were briefed said. Recorded conversations between the two men revealed that they were intimate companions.
Mr. Kruger, an influential Democrat and 16-year legislator, was expected to plead guilty to four of the five counts in the indictment, according to two of the people. The charges include fraud conspiracy, for which he could face up to 20 years in prison, and bribery conspiracy, which carries a maximum term of five years.
The two people said Mr. Turano, also charged with all five counts, was expected to plead guilty to a single bribery conspiracy count, for which he would face a maximum of five years in prison.

Disgraced political consultant John Haggerty — described by his own lawyer as broke, divorced and dishonored — was led off in handcuffs yesterday to begin serving 1 ⅓ to four years in prison for stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in campaign cash from Mayor Bloomberg.

The sentence was handed down by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ronald Zweibel, and was executed immediately, with Haggerty spending the rest of the day in Manhattan’s notorious Tombs as his lawyers began the process of trying to get him out on bail pending an appeal.
